Am I only allowed to book LGBTQ+ travel?
Not at all. While my personal agency focuses on the community, I have plenty of straight clients and allies who book with me because they love my vibe. However, I’ll be honest: my systems, marketing tools, and training are specifically designed for the LGBTQ+ niche. If you have zero interest in working with our community, we probably aren't the right fit. I believe in the power of a niche—it’s how I grew my business, and it’s what I’ll teach you to do, too.
What is the commission split? (And please tell me there are no tiers...)
I hear you! I hate tiers. They’re outdated and feel like gatekeeping. At Prism, it’s a flat 85/15 split from day one. No jumping through hoops or "earning" your way up. You get full access to suppliers, full commissions, and all my marketing assistance the moment you join.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Zero. If you join and realize after three months that we aren't a match, you’re free to go. No hard feelings! Any bookings you made under my TRUE code will be paid out to you as they travel. I want you to stay because you want to be here, not because a contract is holding you hostage.
Can I work with another host agency at the same time?
It’s your business, honey! I’m tired of big hosts trying to control how you run your shop. While there are rules about how you use my specific systems and booking numbers, your business strategy is yours. Plus, I respect the law—any host telling you that you can't dual-host is flirting with misclassifying you as an employee. You’re an entrepreneur; I’m just your partner.
Do you provide actual mentorship?
Yes, and it’s personal. I offer weekly check-ins (completely optional) to help you through roadblocks. You also get access to training from industry experts and our top-tier suppliers through Ensemble. You won't just be a number in a portal; you’ll have a mentor who knows your name.
What are the fees?
To keep the lights on for your CRM, itinerary builder (Travefy!), coaching, and business tools, I charge $39 a month or $399 a year.
But here’s the Prism Twist: If you hit $25,000 in sales in your first year, I will refund every penny of the fees you paid. Even better? As long as you hit that $25k annual goal, your fees stay waived. I’m not here to make money off your monthly "rent"—I’m here to help you become a powerhouse seller.
